Temporary Public Sector Customer Service Advisor Roles - Executive Officer level - suitable for someone with an excellent telephone manner and empathetic nature and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Duration: 3 Month Temporary Assignment with possible extension
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (37 hours per week)

Job Description:
- Providing excellent customer service when handling enquiries
- Administrative duties - guiding people online and updating records
- First point of contact for IBAC - guiding through the registration process for their intent to claim compensation
- Listening empathetically and actively
- Balancing professionalism and compassion
You'll be supported with wellbeing resources and a strong team culture. You will have access to:

Essential Skills & Qualities:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service environment
- A high standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Empathy, patience and resilience when dealing with emotionally charged conversations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- Ability to pass basic DBS check
- Full right to work
- Desirable - previous experience of working with vulnerable clients
