The ideal candidate will have manufacturing or engineering background and will be willing to learn our product range.

Experience in dealing with customers and handling telephone calls and preparing quotations would be advantageous, General computer experience including Microsoft office, excel and outlook are essential.

The typical day to day tasks are as follows…

Taking customer calls and placing orders
Quoting customers based on their requirements.
Liaising with customers regarding projects, lead times, delivery updates and technical assistance.
Working with the design team to price/quote projects.
Coding orders ready to be loaded on to operations.
Keeping a good relationship with customers regarding aftercare (returns, tech support, reorders) etc…
Working alongside our external Sales team to ensure lead times are being met and customers are receiving what they need when they need it.
Project take-off’s (turning schematics in to functioning quotes).
