Our ClientNigel Wright are delighted to be working with an renowned manufacturer in their search for an HR project lead. The OpportunityWe are seeking an analytical, and tech-savvy HR Project Lead to drive transformation across its HR systems and processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights and is passionate about improving the employee experience:Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to.•    Analyse and interpret HR data to identify trends and tell compelling stories that inform decision-making.•    Lead process improvement initiatives across the HR function, focusing on simplification and user experience.•    Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to understand challenges and co-create effective solutions.•    Optimise the use of existing HRIS and systems, ensuring full functionality is leveraged.•    Overhaul outdated policies and implement a consistent, modern approach to HR operations.•    Design and implement a job grading and levelling framework to support career development and talent management.•    Contribute to projects such as employee engagement, onboarding, and performance appraisal enhancements.Who we are looking forIf you can demonstrate some if not all of the below then please do get in touch for a confidential discussion.•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex data and communicate insights clearly, finding solutions.•    Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business.•    Experience with HR systems.•    A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.•    Prior experience in policy development, process mapping, and standardisation is a plus but not essentialcontactPlease get in touch with Shona for a confidential discussion or further information. /
