- Managing and servicing an existing portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
- Advising clients on suitable insurance products and coverage options.
- Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and secure competitive quotes.
- Ensuring all client records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
- Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and insurance products.
- Offering valued advice, when clients are going through the claims process.
- Experience in commercial insurance – ideally within a brokerage.
- Strong commercial insurance product knowledge, including but not limited to property, liability, fleet, and business interruption.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Cert CII qualification (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable but not essential.
