KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this organisation in the service sector in their search for a Finance Manager. This is an office based position and a part time requirement - 2/3 days per week.
Your key responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage monthly management accounts.
- Preparation of forecasts and budgets.
- Responsible for year end statutory accounts
- VAT returns
- Maintaining fixed asset register
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Reconciliation of key control accounts and inter-company accounts
- Assisting in the development and implementation of finance and operational policies
- Overseeing a small finance team.
- Developing financial strategies to support the organisation’s plan.
- Ensuring that financial controls are working effectively, reviewed and regularly tested
The Person
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong IT proficiency.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
