Costing Administrator

Newcastle

 A fantastic opportunity to work with a well established, Fire & Security firm, with a large range of customers ranging from Commercial, Domestic & Industrial sites. My client is eager to welcome a new, experienced Costing Administrator into the fold.

£27,000

Full time | office based | 40 hours per week | 23 days holiday excluding bank holidays | 24/7 access to GP service | Personal Accident Cover | Employee discount platform including cinema tickets, holiday packages, car insurance and more

Main Responsibilities

  • Review and quality-check submitted engineer reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Process and upload job paperwork onto client portals, updating job statuses as required
  • Assist with job invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Cost engineer call-outs in line with submitted paperwork.
  • Check invoices where required to ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with other office duties when needed.

Knowledge and Experiences

  • Experience in quality checking and document verification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (experience with CASH is an advantage).
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
