KCR Solutions are assisting our client, a service provider based in Newcastle City Centre in their search for a Reconciliation Clerk. This is a temporary contract which is expected to last approx 3 months,
The role is to provide support with some urgent reconciliation work between Timesheet and Billing systems and our clients Sage ERP tool. It is looking back over the last 4/5 years and covering over 6000 lines of data.
Key requirements would be:
High levels, almost forensic attention to detail.
Reconciliation experience
Review current processes & make recommendations for future state
Analyse order to cash processes at high level
Working closely with the Payroll and Billing Managers
Training will be provided on the Timesheet and billing systems, however there is expectation for the individual to have a good understanding of Sage X3
The role is to start ASAP and will be fully office based.
