Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking to enhance our team and build our in-house expertise by introducing the new role of Talent Acquisition Manager, to support us in attracting, on-boarding developing and retaining exceptional colleagues.

This is a newly created role that offer great potential to instantly add value to the organisation.

The role is hybrid with 3 days spent in the Newcastle office (this may be more in the early days as you build relationship internally).

The salary for this role is flexible depending upon experience of the successful candidate.

Benefits include 25 days holiday per annum (this increases after 2 years to 27 days) with an option to purchase an additional 3 days.
