Hays Recruitment is working with one of their exclusive clients on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner to join their team in a permanent role. The role offers a hybrid working approach, but the ability to support managers within your division, delivering on a wide range of HR activities and line management responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage complex ER cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on ER best practices and employment law.
- Support managers within your remit
- Support with development and implementation of HR projects
- Develop and deliver staff training
- Oversee analytics and reporting
- Line management responsibilities
+ much moreWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in the below:
- Working in a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partnering model previously
- Experience managing direct reports
- UK Driving licence
- CIPD L.5 qualified
- Up-to-date Employment Law knowledge
- Experience managing complex ER Cases
