Hays Recruitment is working with one of their exclusive clients on the recruitment of an HR Business Partner to join their team in a permanent role. This is a fabulous organisation with a great culture across their organisation. The role offers a hybrid working approach, but the ability to support managers within your division, delivering on a wide range of HR activities and line management responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage complex ER cases, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on ER best practices and employment law.
  • Support managers within your remit
  • Support with development and implementation of HR projects
  • Develop and deliver staff training
  • Oversee analytics and reporting
  • Line management responsibilities

+ much moreWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in the below:

  • Working in a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partnering model previously
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • UK Driving licence
  • CIPD L.5 qualified
  • Up-to-date Employment Law knowledge
  • Experience managing complex ER Cases
