We’re working with a fast-growing tech business in the fintech space who are looking for a proactive Junior Support Analyst to join their support team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong interest in technology and a passion for customer service to gain experience in a high-performing team, working with both internal and external users.
Shifts: 9:00am-5:00pm & 2:00pm-10:00pm (rotating).
What You’ll Be Doing

Responding to user queries via phone, email, and chat

Logging and prioritising support tickets

Assisting users with platform features and onboarding

Troubleshooting and reporting bugs

Creating and updating user FAQs and support content

Managing client user accounts and setup
-
Providing feedback on user experience to product teams

Producing regular reports on user activity
What We’re Looking For
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Confident using Outlook, Excel, and Word

Ideally some previous experience in tech/software/IT support
-
Ideally a degree in computer science or a relevant field

Strong organisation and time management skills

Calm under pressure and a strong problem-solver

Friendly, approachable, and a real team player
