Join my clients finance team as a Fees Credit Control Assistant and contribute to the efficient management of financial administration for their care home portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:- Process resident admissions, discharges, and changes in circumstances.
- Issue and log resident contracts.
- Generate sales invoices and process receipts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with care homes, residents’ families, and local authority funders.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- High level of accuracy, organisation, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good numeracy and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A team player mindset and adaptability to new systems.
- No formal academic qualifications required.
- Demonstrable experience in a credit control or similar finance function is advantageous.
