What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to senior officials and team leads.
  • Organise and prepare for meetings: agendas, briefing papers, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Act as a key liaison point between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Manage incoming communications, draft responses, and ensure timely handling.
  • Develop and maintain the organisation's website and social media presence.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Conduct research and analyse data to support membership and engagement initiatives.
  • Organise events and exhibitions.
  • Handle telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for team members.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records.


What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
