We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent estate agency in Jesmond, seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator / PA to support their Branch Manager.
The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who thrives on organisation and enjoys being the go-to person in a busy office. You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing the Branch Manager’s diary and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating meetings, viewings, and internal communications
- Inbox and call management, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Supporting general office administration and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a PA, admin, or office coordinator role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
