AnexcitingopportunityhasarisenforanexperiencedPayrollAssistanttojoinabusyandcollaborativefinanceteamona6-monthfixed-termcontract.Thisrolesupportstheend-to-endprocessingofmonthlypayrollacrossmultipleinternationalregions,reportingdirectlytotheDeputyPayrollTeamLeader.

Astheorganisationcontinuestoexpandandconsolidateitspayrolloperations,thisrolewillplayakeypartinensuringaccurateandefficientpayrolldeliverywhilemaintaininghighservicestandards.

KeyResponsibilities

Youwillcontributetothesuccessofthepayrollteambysupportingarangeofactivities,including:

  • Processingstartersandleavers
  • Managingone-offpayments,seasonticketandbicycleloans
  • Checkingandverifyingpayrollchanges
  • Handlingtaxuploads
  • Recordingandmonitoringsicknessabsence
  • Processingstatutoryabsences,includingmaternity,paternity,andsharedparentalleave
  • Supportinginternationalpayrollprocessing
  • Preparingreportsandperformingpayrollreconciliations
  • Conductingdatacleansingandthird-partypayments
  • Assistingwithcorrespondenceandprovidingexcellentcustomerservice
  • Supportingad-hoctasksandprojectsasrequired

Requirements

  • Strongpayrollprocessingexperience
  • SolidworkingknowledgeofMicrosoftExcel
  • Excellentattentiontodetailandtheabilitytomeettightdeadlines
  • ExperienceorunderstandingofworkingwithinaSharedServiceCentreenvironment
  • Goodknowledgeofpayrolllegislationandstandardpayrollprocesses
  • Abilitytocreateandreviewprocedureseffectively
  • Provenexperienceinprocessimprovementandidentifyingefficiencyopportunities
  • Excellentwritten,verbal,andinterpersonalcommunicationskills
