We are seeking a meticulous Quality Inspector to join the team, the ideal candidate will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards through detailed inspections and analysis.

Quality Inspector - Job Description:

  • Inspection of goods in, goods out, sub contract work and all purchased parts, ensuring compliance to requirements before release
  • In process and finished goods inspection
  • Logging direct activities onto ERP system
  • Communication of quality failures to relevant department and managers
  • Carrying out audits
  • Undertake First Article Inspection Reports activities in accordance with internal processes
  • Calibration of measuring equipment
  • To support the supply chain to both internal and external customers
  • Signing first and last inspection reports
  • Reporting of non-conforming parts and ensuring containment is completed
  • To ensure zero defects reach end user

Person Specification:

  • Previous quality experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to use equipment such as Verniers, micrometers, PI tapes and CMM or FARO
  • Work on your own and as part of a team

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday to Thursday, 07:00 - 16:45 however there maybe the need to work two shifts to support the shop floor as and when required
