Your Impact
- Design & Delivery: Oversee the creation of robust, scalable solutions that meet business and customer needs.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, and motivating engineering teams in a collaborative environment.
- Strong technical background with expertise in system design, architecture, and high-level coding (preferably in C# or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
