Pay Rate: 20-25 p/hr PAYE

As a Quality Lead within our clients Digital Grid Panel Build team, you will drive operational quality standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You'll lead a team in managing inspections, non-conformance issues, and process audits to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Your day will involve working with cross-functional teams to develop inspection methods, support production, and champion best practices.

How You'll Make an Impact
-Lead operational quality control for the building of Control and Protection Panels, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer specifications.
Manage quality inspections, documentation, and certification processes for component release.
Investigate non-conformances and drive corrective and preventative actions with root cause analysis and lessons learned reviews.
Support panel manufacturing by defining inspection requirements, geometric tolerances, and pre-production quality standards.
Improve skills and competencies across the team, maintaining training matrices and facilitating continuous development.
Ensure compliance and manage calibration, quality equipment to enhance inspection capability.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure consistent quality and process improvements.


What You Bring
HND in a relevant electrical engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of inspection and component features.
Proficient Quality Management Systems in mechanical and electrical inspection methods.
At least 2 years of leadership or people management experience.
Strong communication, team coordination, and mentoring skills.
Computer literate with familiarity in quality systems and documentation.
Proactive mindset with experience supporting lean initiatives and driving continuous improvement
