BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Investment/Financial Services Administrator (ISA/GIA Transfers) to join our client who are an award-winning group of financial services and technology companies based in Newburn, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Your Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Ultimately responsible for processing and completing ISA/GIA transfer in and out requests submitted by clients/advisers in line with SLA.
- Managing correspondence from clients/advisers with regards ISA/GIA transfer requests made and ensuring that related tasks are completed without incidents/errors.
- Take ownership of transfers queries, liaising with colleagues as appropriate to ensure accurate and timely resolutions are provided to clients.
- To ensure ISA/GIA transfers processing queries are completed swiftly and accurately in line with SLA as prescribed by your team leader.
- Perform various platform/pension administration tasks relating to transfers in accordance with set standards.
- Update relevant platform/pension administration databases and systems correctly in line with process guides.
- Managing queries resulting from inflight or completed ISA/GIA transfer processing, liaising with colleagues as required to ensure queries are responded to within SLA.
