Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

Are you an experienced negotiator who is proficient in sales wanting a new challenge?

An agency in the Killingworth area of Newcastle are looking for a hard working and proficient candidate who has at least 12 months estate agency to be considered for this role.

Duties will include:

·Phoning out on new instructions

·Vendor & landlord contacts

·Accompanying viewings

·Cross selling

·Sales chasing

·Handling sales process.

This is an exciting role with a company that rewards hard work and endeavour with a promotion. You will need to be extremely positive, out-going, be results orientated as well as a strong team player.

The company offer a basic salary commission.

Working hours Monday-Friday 9am-17:30pm One Saturday per Month (for 2 hours)
