Industrial recruitment is one of the most fast paced and rewarding sectors in the industry. With high-volume roles, quick turnaround times, and repeat business from loyal clients, it's the ideal sector for recruiters who thrive on building strong relationships and delivering fast results.

This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a desk hat has been run remotely - and now, we're ready to establish physical presence in the North East. Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Experience in Industrial recruitment would be an advantage, but not essential
- A track record of working to targets and building client relationships
- Driven, proactive, and confident in managing your own workload
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

And what will you be doing?
- Proactively generating new business via B2B calls, meetings, and LinkedIn outreach
- Negotiate fees to maximise your commercial impact
- Manage and grow client accounts, becoming their go to recruitment partner
- Write engaging job adverts and use social media to attract top talent
- Source candidates through job boards and referrals
- Conduct interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle
- Ensure compliance with RTW checks and internal processes
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
