Are you ready to lead a vibrant and energetic team in a beautiful holiday setting? We are seeking a dynamic Quick Service Restaurant Outlet Manager to oversee exciting pop-up venues.

In this role, you will ensure that every guest receives excellent service and delicious F&B. Your focus will be on inspiring your team to excel while maintaining high standards and delivering memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities include motivating and supporting your team to achieve exceptional service, ensuring guest satisfaction by addressing concerns, monitoring team performance, and providing regular feedback. You will also manage scheduling, budgets, and resources efficiently, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while resolving any operational issues that arise. Supporting your team's development through ongoing training and mentoring will also be essential.

We are looking for candidates with previous experience as a Duty Manager, Store Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the food service or retail industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities, knowledge of health and safety regulations, and experience in budgeting and financial management are also required. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Salary: Up to £35k + £3.5k bonus
