Your responsibilities will include:

Assessing and managing risk to ensure the safety and well-being of children.

Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies.

Conducting child protection investigations and participating in strategy meetings.

Providing supervision and guidance to less experienced social workers and students.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in line with statutory requirements.
Requirements:

Social Work Qualification: Degree or diploma in Social Work.

Registration: Must be registered with Social Work England.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in child protection or related fields.

Skills: Strong assessment, analytical, and communication skills.
