Essential:

• Experience working with children or young people in a school or educational setting.

• Strong classroom presence and confidence in managing groups of students.

• A clear or obtainable DBS check.

Desirable:

• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role.

• A strong interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education.

• Experience supporting students with SEN or additional needs.
