Due to the increase of significant workload, and the securing of large ongoing contracts, we require a Resourcer to join or team to work alongside our Consultants and Business Development Manager. No client contact will be expected within this role.
?? The Role
Youll be sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent to support our consultants in delivering for clients. Youll live on the phones, job board and Linked-In, searching for candidates and will always be one step ahead of the hiring curve.
Key responsibilities:
- Writing and posting creative, attention-grabbing job adverts
- Searching job boards, social media for candidates
- Pre-screening and qualifying applicants
- Coordinating interviews and managing candidate pipelines
- Building rapport with candidates to keep them engaged
- Supporting Consultants with candidate availability, CV formatting, and compliance
- Keeping everything updated and organised

- Some experience in recruitment and resourcing
- Confidence on the phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A natural organiser with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
