Our client, based in Newent, is currently recruiting an Administrator to join their friendly and supportive customer advisor team on a two-month temporary basis.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of a customer-focussed service, take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities and work with others to ensure the best results for customers.
Responsibilities/Duties;
-Receive and manage customer enquiries through all communication methods
-Resolve contacts at first point, with the information available to you, wherever possible
-Comply with security, data protection and confidentiality policies
-Offer services that promote independence and wellbeing, including early intervention if needed
-Ensure policies and procedures are always followed
-Understand and act on your responsibilities in line with regulatory standards and compliance
-Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager
Candidate Attributes;
-Previous experience in a customer focussed position
-Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Hours- 37 hours per week
Salary- £15 per hour
