Assistant Fast Fit Manager – Automotive Industry
  • Location: Newhaven
  • Salary:£26,000 - £32,000 + Bonus (£80 extra for Sundays worked)
  • Hours:5-day working week (Sunday on rotation)
    • Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 18:00
    • Saturday: 08:30 – 17:00
    • Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00 (on rotation, paid extra)

  • Supporting the Fast Fit Manager in the daily operations of the centre.
  • Ensuring smooth workflow and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Managing paperwork, invoicing, and stock control efficiently.
  • Assisting in achieving sales and performance targets.
  • Leading and motivating the team to maintain high standards.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a fast fit, service, or automotive environment.
  • Strong administrative skills, particularly in billing and paperwork.
