Our Client, a spectacular countryside Hotel and Fine Dining Restaurant, are looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join this strong brigade. This beautiful venue hosts an impressive array of facilities and exquisite gardens on site, they cater for weddings, functions and events, as well as a fine dining restaurant.
They are looking for a strong Junior Sous Chef to join their team, ideally someone who has had a solid background in Fine Dining or Rosette level cooking, and who is looking for a new opportunity to showcase their talents. The kitchen uses only freshest ingredients sourced locally and produces quality dishes to a 2 Rosette standard.
Our client requires an enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef, with a passion for fine food, who is capable of cooking to a high standard, whilst possessing the following qualities:
- Be confident in providing high quality food to large numbers
- A desire to improve and grow their cooking skills
- Well-presented appearance and excellent communication
- Able to develop and help other members of staff
- Be confident in preparing quality Rosette food
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will see this as a long term appointment and have a desire to progress within the brigade.
Due to the village location of the venue, the ideal candidate will be a driver, however temporary live in accommodation can be provided for the right candidate.
