Production Operative

Industrious Recruitment is seeking motivated and reliable individuals for a Production Operative role on a continental 4 on 4 off shift pattern (6am–6pm / 6pm–6am).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive production environment. No previous production experience is required – full training will be provided – but any relevant experience will be an advantage. Above all, we are looking for candidates with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery and equipment (training provided)
• Ensuring products meet quality standards
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements:

• Reliability and a positive attitude are essential
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a continental 4x4 pattern
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Previous production experience is desirable but not required

Shift Pattern:

• 4 days on, 4 days off
• Alternating between days (6am–6pm) and nights (6pm–6am)
