Location: Milton Keynes Area

Salary: Up to £29,000 DOE

I am looking for someone passionate about delivering top notch events through excellent project management skills to some amazing blue-chip clients.

This business is at the top of their game when it comes to providing out of this world events and they are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Executive with solid events experience, to join their growing team.

Your objective will be to provide proactive and unwavering support to the Project Directors/Project Managers and the wider events team in the delivery of events on behalf of their clients, through project management, supplier liaison and customer services.

Responsibilities:

  • Full project and file management support through the life of the event.
  • Manage projects of low and medium complexity, under supervision of a PD/PM.
  • Liaise and work with other teams within the events department and overall company.
  • Coordination of delegate communications.
  • Communication with 3rd party suppliers.
  • Preparation of all on-site materials agreed with the project lead.
  • Travel on-site as part of the event delivery team as required.

Key Skills:

  • At least 2 years experience of working in the events industry.
  • Administrative experience, ideally in a busy service-focussed environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise a busy and demanding workload.

This role is commutable from Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton, Newport Pagnell and Buckingham.
