Payroll & HR Administrator (12 to 14 Months FTC)

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll analysis and reporting using ADP and Excel
  • HR administration: probation trackers, responding to employee queries, supporting with onboarding and offboarding
  • Data manipulation and reporting (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs essential)
  • Maintain records and trackers in Excel 
  • Support cross-departmental development and HR initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years payroll experience
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
  • Experience with payroll systems
  • Comfortable in a people-facing role
  • Exposure to HR tasks and admin
  • Ability to work flexibly up to 30 hours per week
