This is a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively within Architecture and Design and Technical teams within the Housing and Residential sector with House Builder clients. You will work together with them to respond to client needs and provide the output that supports the creative teams and realises the design vision for the project.
You will be a motivated and enthusiastic team player, should have an open mind and see the challenge of non-standard design as a positive part of the project brief and embrace it fully!
You will have;
Strong visualisation skillsÂ
Experience in creating / applying accurate material representation
Experience within architectureÂ
Ability to communicate ideas through a variety of presentation methods, including sketches, precedent imagery, photomontage, videos
Ability to work collaboratively in a team – building rapport and creating positive relationships
Excellent communication and strong conceptual skills
Ability to work autonomously and respond to client needs
Excellent time management skills of own workload
Strong 3d modelling skills
Strong knowledge of Enscape, Lumion, InDesign, Photoshop, and excel skills
