Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
Ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
Provide support to students where needed.
Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
Maintain good order and discipline within the classroom.
Person Specification:
Essential:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage groups of students confidently.
Organised and reliable with a flexible approach.
Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English.
A clear and current enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable:
Previous experience working with children or young people.
Degree or relevant qualifications.
Interest in a teaching career or education sector.
