Job Title: Resident Services Coordinator
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Working Pattern: 8am - 8pm, 4 days on / 4 days off (including some weekends)

Reports To: Site Manager



Job Summary:


We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Resident Services Coordinator to join my clients on-site team. This front-facing role is ideal for someone with a hotel receptionist background or similar.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests upon arrival.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to resident and guest enquiries efficiently and helpfully.
  • Manage incoming mail and parcel distribution.
  • Take payments from residents and issue receipts.
  • Follow up on outstanding resident payments in a polite but firm manner.
  • Process bookings for on-site guest rooms.
  • Check in guests and issue keys as required.
  • Perform routine fire alarm testing in accordance with health and safety protocols.
  • Use front-office systems to update resident and guest information.
  • Monitor and maintain reception systems and administrative processes.
  • Use Sage (or similar systems) for financial processing, where applicable.
  • Support general site safety and assist during incidents or emergencies when required.


Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in hotel reception, hospitality, or front desk services.
  • Confident and clear communicator with a strong customer service focus.
  • Comfortable handling payments and using basic finance systems (Sage experience desirable).
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Organised, punctual, and able to work independently on a set shift pattern.
  • Basic IT literacy and confidence using booking or property management systems.

  • Full training on internal systems and procedures will be given.
