Your Key Responsibilities

You’ll independently manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and equity release
  • Lease extensions, shared ownership, and tenancy agreements
  • Liaising with estate agents, brokers and clients to ensure seamless transactions
  • Providing tailored legal advice to a diverse client base, including first-time buyers, families and investors

Who We're Looking For

  • A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
  • Minimum of 6 months’ residential property experience
  • Able to run a caseload autonomously with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, approachable, and committed to excellent client service
  • Candidates already in Cornwall or considering relocation are welcome
