Your Key Responsibilities
You’ll independently manage a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages, transfer of equity, and equity release
- Lease extensions, shared ownership, and tenancy agreements
- Liaising with estate agents, brokers and clients to ensure seamless transactions
- Providing tailored legal advice to a diverse client base, including first-time buyers, families and investors
Who We're Looking For
- A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx)
- Minimum of 6 months’ residential property experience
- Able to run a caseload autonomously with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, approachable, and committed to excellent client service
- Candidates already in Cornwall or considering relocation are welcome
