Customer Service Advisors

Newton Abbot | 37.5 per week | 9am-5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch) |

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting up to Customer Service Advisors to join a team on a temporary basis. These roles are initially for a minimum of 3 months, with the potential to become permanent depending on performance and business needs.

What you'll be doing:You'll be providing professional, high-quality email and live chat support to valued customers and partners. You'll also represent the brand across social media, ensuring every interaction reflects their commitment to outstanding customer care.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous customer service experience (email, live chat, or social media preferred).
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • A proactive, friendly, and professional approach.
  • Confidence using digital systems and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Information:

  • The role is to start on Monday 18th August.
  • Interviews will be held on the13th August 2025 between 6pm and 7pm.
  • Training will be full-time in-office training for 2 weeks (Mon-Fri).
    • This will exclude Monday 25th August as a bank holiday.
  • Hours: 37.5 per week, 9:00am-5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch).
  • Schedule After Training (From 1st Sept 2025) : 5 days out of 7, including one weekend day (preference for Sat or Sun can be noted, but not guaranteed).
