Our client is looking for a Plasma/Profile Burner, ideally with CNC experience.
Duties
- Operate profile burning equipment to cut metal parts as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Operating the automated CNC production line incorporating the Blaster/drill/saw/cope
- Assemble, weld, and fabricate metal parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Perform grinding tasks to finish edges and surfaces of cut materials.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment, reporting any issues or maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Experience operating a plasma/profiling burner or running a CNC process line
- Ideally have structural steel experience
- Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, and other machinery relevant to metal fabrication.
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Hours of Operation
- Monday to Thursday - 07:00 - 16:30
- Friday - 07:00 - 13:00
