The RoleWe're working with a thriving, family-run business in Mid Wales that's seeking a driven and confident Telesales representative to help expand their UK sales presence. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a successful and forward-thinking brand, taking ownership of sales targets while helping to shape a high-performing internal team.Main duties of the Telesales:

  • Engaging new and existing customers via phone and email to promote products and services
  • Building strong client relationships and qualifying sales opportunities
  • Develop a strong understanding of the products and services to communicate effectively with customers
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to hit targets and drive performance
  • Using CRM systems to track leads, manage data, and support reporting
  • Helping refine sales processes and contributing to a positive, efficient and motivated sales environment

  • An ability to make rational, commercial decisions
