About the Role

As a Product Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in the development, testing, and evolution of our high-performance security fasteners. You’ll work cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and sales teams to bring robust, innovative products to market that meet the exacting needs of our global client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage product designs from concept through to production.

  • Conduct product testing and validation to ensure performance and reliability.

  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturing partners to optimise designs for cost and manufacturability.

  • Support the creation of technical documentation, drawings, and product specifications.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales on product launches and customer feedback.

  • Identify and implement product improvements based on market trends and customer insights.

What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or a related discipline

  • Strong CAD skills (desirable)

  • Practical understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product testing.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for precision.

  • Experience in fasteners or related industries is a bonus—but not essential.
