Reed Recruitment is seeking a Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk for a well-known business in Newtownabbey.
The role requires 1-2 years of experience in a Purchase Ledger position and offers a salary of £22,000 to £25,000 per annum, pro-rata.
Responsibilities include invoice processing, handling accounts payable queries, and performing bank reconciliations.
The position offers 20-25 hours of work per week with a flexible working pattern and hybrid options after a 6-month probation period.

Purchase Ledger Clerk- Part Time- Hybrid

Reed Recruitment is working in partnership with a well know, and very successful Business based in the Newtownabbey Area. Our client has a new vacancy for a Part-Time Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small and busy finance team.

Working closely with the Financial Director the successful applicant will be responsible for completing the following duties:

Purchase Ledger invoice processing
Dealing with accounts payable queries
Bank reconciliations
General accounting and administrative duties

Experience Required

A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working within a Purchase Ledger role
IT Proficient
The ability to work well both independently and within a team environment

Hours of Work

20-25 hours per week
Working pattern can be negotiated and discussed for the right applicant
