Your new roleAre you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and excited by the opportunity to drive sales? We're looking for a Customer Success & Sales Specialist who thrives at the intersection of service and sales. In this role, you'll be a point of contact for multiple accounts -helping them get the most out of our products while identifying opportunities to introduce new solutions that meet their needs.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals and challenges
  • Provide expert product knowledge and support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to improve the customer journey
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and retention
