- Office-based role, Monday to Friday. 9am-5pm
- 24,000 basic salary with the ability to earn an additional 5,000
Your new role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and excited by the opportunity to drive sales? We're looking for a Customer Success & Sales Specialist who thrives at the intersection of service and sales. In this role, you'll be a point of contact for multiple accounts -helping them get the most out of our products while identifying opportunities to introduce new solutions that meet their needs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their goals and challenges
- Provide expert product knowledge and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to improve the customer journey
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and retention
