Join Our Kitchen Team

We are seeking to hire an experienced and talented Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of operations within our Kitchen Team.

What you'll be doing in this role:
  • Playing a crucial part in the leading, developing and inspiring of the wider kitchen team.
  • Helping to Consistently Deliver a high-quality dining experience, always putting our Customer First.
  • Working closely with the Executive Chef in planning and implementing food and menus.
  • Overall assistance of responsibilities for the kitchens daily operations.
  • Monitoring and controlling stock levels accordingly.
  • Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen.
Who are we looking for:
  • Significant experience in a fast-moving, quality driven kitchen.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a culinary team.
  • Charismatic, creative and experienced at Sous Chef level.
  • Someone with a positive attitude and a professional and courteous manner.
  • Someone with drive, ambition and flair as well as being able to Consider Whats Next and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • ?A highly motivated individual who possesses a sense of pride in your attention to detail.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills and ability to Collaborate with Purpose.
