Role: Regional Sales Executive
Location: North UK (Field-Based - Newcastle, Leeds, Harrogate, Blackburn, Scarborough border)
Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Salary: Up to £55,000 basic  + Industry-Leading Commission Structure + Company Bonus

Duties of a Regional Sales Executive:
- Professionally represent our client’s market-leading product range to both new and existing customers throughout the North of the UK
- Regular travel to customer sites across your territory, with occasional overnight stays as required
- Proactively build a pipeline of new opportunities through cold calling, networking, and relationship management
- Work closely with internal teams, including service and technical specialists, to convert opportunities and exceed customer expectations
- Share sales knowledge and best practices within a supportive and high-performing team environment
- Manage quotations, product samples, and deliveries, ensuring seamless customer service
- Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious annual sales targets, supported by a highly rewarding commission scheme
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting and documentation
What we would like from you:
- It is essential that you reside within one of the following areas: Newcastle, Leeds, Harrogate, Blackburn or along the Scarborough border
- Strong, proven B2B sales experience, specifically within capital equipment or the FMCG sector
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and developing lasting client relationships
- A highly motivated, self-starter attitude with excellent organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
- Willingness to travel with overnight stays (up to 30-40% of the time)
Desirable:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar sales role within capital equipment would be advantageous, though experienced candidates from the FMCG sector will also be considered
