We are recruiting on behalf of a leading flooring manufacturer who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join their expanding team, covering the North West region.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident sales professional with a strong background in the flooring, construction, or interiors sector, looking to develop their career with a respected and ambitious manufacturer. The successful candidate will focus on both new business development and key account management across a range of sectors.
?? Key Responsibilities:-
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients across the North West.

Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial, residential, and contract flooring markets.

Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations to drive sales.

Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, designers, specifiers, and end users.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Provide market feedback to support product development and strategic planning.

Proven track record in field sales, ideally within the flooring, construction, or interiors industries.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Commercially astute with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Full UK driving licence.

Competitive basic salary of £35,000 - £80,000 (depending on experience).

Double OTE with an uncapped commission structure.
