We are recruiting on behalf of a leading flooring manufacturer who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join their expanding team, covering the North West region.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a confident sales professional with a strong background in the flooring, construction, or interiors sector, looking to develop their career with a respected and ambitious manufacturer. The successful candidate will focus on both new business development and key account management across a range of sectors.

?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients across the North West.

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial, residential, and contract flooring markets.

  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations to drive sales.

  • Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, designers, specifiers, and end users.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

  • Provide market feedback to support product development and strategic planning.

?? Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven track record in field sales, ideally within the flooring, construction, or interiors industries.

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Commercially astute with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

  • Full UK driving licence.
