  • Lead, coach, and motivate an internal sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Monitor and evaluate performance through call monitoring, KPIs, and daily/weekly reporting.

  • Conduct regular 1-to-1s and team meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, driving revenue and growth within these and demonstrating to the team best practice

Work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies, driving growth Skills & Requirements

  • Strong leadership, coaching and development skills 
  • An experienced team leader/manager with a track record of supporting and spearheading internal sales teams
  • The ability to act as a player manager and juggling multiple tasks at any one time including account management
