An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a major new-build manufacturing facility project in Hull. This 27m scheme is focused on the construction of a state-of-the-art facility to produce medical devices.
Role Details:
- Full-time on-site role
- Reporting into the Senior Commercial team
- Responsible for MEP cost management, procurement, valuations, subcontractor management, and reporting
- Strong focus on site-based commercial control during the delivery phase
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in M&E Quantity Surveying
- Strong understanding of NEC or JCT contracts
- Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
