Field Service Engineer - Northallerton Area (Remote)
We're looking for a skilled Field Service Engineer to join a well-established team supporting customers with the maintenance, servicing, and repair of specialist mechanical equipment. This is a remote role, based near Northallerton, where you'll work independently at customer sites, delivering high-quality service and technical support while building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, repair, and inspect mechanical and electrical equipment at customer locations
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Complete service, repair, and warranty work to a high standard
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of job-related paperwork
- Provide professional and responsive customer service
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety in all tasks
- Continuously develop knowledge of products, services, and technical procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled engineer
