About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead a small team of operatives, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving performance. You’ll be responsible for training, scheduling, and supporting your team, while also liaising with other departments to meet production goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of production operatives
  • Ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely
  • Maintain compliance with health & safety and hygiene standards
  • Conduct training and performance appraisals
  • Monitor equipment and coordinate repairs when needed
  • Maintain accurate production records and oversee quality control

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a production environment
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Experience with hygiene audits and compliance
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
