ROLE

As a part of their team, you will receive thorough orientation and continuous support and training from their experienced leaders in various food technical areas. This will include training in food safety, quality, legality, and compliance overseen by the site Technical manager.
In your role as a Graduate trainee, you will collaborate closely with other departments to foster continuous improvement in all areas of the business. You will learn the day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance team and gradually contribute to enhancing factory standards and product quality in collaboration with other teams.
Furthermore, you will have access to coaching and development opportunities to ensure that quality and safety standards are consistently met. You will also receive guidance on quality and technical matters, as well as compliance with relevant laws, and conduct root cause analyses for any factory issues, sharing insights with other sites during regular meetings. By working alongside various departments, you will help implement and maintain effective corrective actions.
CANDIDATE
You will hold a degree in Food Science or a related technical/quality discipline. You will possess a genuine interest in the food industry, exceptional technical skills, and a strong determination for success.
Mon-Fri 8:30am- 5pm, 5 days a week on site- no Hybrid working
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
