ROLE

In this role, you will support the Technical Manager by assisting with a range of technical activities. As a key member of the team, it is important that you possess strong IT skills and demonstrate effective communication, both in a friendly and professional manner.

Your duties will include conducting internal audits and GMP inspections as necessary. Additionally, you will support the site HACCP team and Customer Services team by logging and investigating complaints. You will also be responsible for managing the Pest Control and Nutritional Testing systems, as well as supporting sustainability initiatives and traceability exercises as required.

CANDIDATE

To excel in this position, a comprehensive understanding of quality systems is essential, enabling you to provide the technical support necessary to maintain food safety, quality standards, compliance with legislation, and customer expectations.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge of technical processes and customer requirements. Proficiency in practical IT skills will be beneficial, as the role involves working with and developing internal and web-based customer systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a manufacturing environment are also important.

Mon-Fri 8:30am- 5pm, 5 days a week on site- no Hybrid working

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
